I don’t often write blog posts outlining my monthly favourites, however March seemed to be a pretty strong month for excellent beauty products that I simply couldn’t ignore. I hadn’t bought anything new for a little while, so I thought I’d spice up my beauty kit a little with these three fantastic items. All basics, I’ll admit, but all things I’m now wishing I’d bought far earlier on in the year.

Models Own Eyelash Curler

As horrendously gross as this will be to some people (myself included), I have had the same eyelash curler for as long as I can remember. Needless to say, it lost its curling effect a fair while ago. As much as I’d like to have splashed out on a Suqqu eyelash curler, my bank balance right now only allows me to spend not much above the bare minimum on products (but I do have a shiny new car to show for it – eep!). Despite the low price tag of £7, the Models Own eyelash curler certainly does the job. My eyelashes haven’t curled this well in years, plus it’s pink. You can’t go wrong with a pink eyelash curler.

Real Techniques Expert Face Brush

Again, no judgements please, but I had been using the same £2.99 standard Superdrug foundation brush for a while. Even endless washing of the brush couldn’t get out those nude foundation stains. There comes a point when your face deserves a little treat, so it was time to upgrade to this beautiful Real Techniques Expert Face Brush. I bought three other brushes from the collection a while back and absolutely fell in love, they’re incredibly soft on the skin and rarely shed any bristles. Plus, the short but packed selection of bristles in the brush are the perfect shape to really get into all the facial creases and what not, leaving me with a smooth and dewy looking complexion. Overall – a great addition to my makeup kit!

Bondi Sands Gradual Tanning Milk

Now any of my regular blog readers will know that I’m obsessed with the Bondi Sands products, as soon as they hit UK shores I was ordering the Dark Tanning Foam online. As the Dark Foam isn’t designed to be used every day, I thought I’d top it up by using the Gradual Tanning Milk daily. I now have a gorgeous natural glow day in, day out. Not only that, but the products smell like a combination of coconut and some sort of chocolate dessert, which is a real added bonus (providing you like those scents of course).

Can anyone recommend any other beauty must haves?
